Shipping policy

There are no shipping charges for order value greater than or equal to Rs 499. However, if the order value is less than Rs 499,  there will be a flat shipping charge of Rs 50.

We currently offer only standard shipping services. 

If we offer expedited shipping service in the future, it will be available as an option during checkout.

 

Order Processing Time 

All orders placed before 11 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 11 PM Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the next day. 

All orders placed on Sunday or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on the next business day. 

 

Delivery Locations & Coverage

We ship to most locations in India but whether an order can be delivered to your address depends on the availability of reliable delivery partners for your shipping address / pincode.

We currently do not ship outside India.

 

Order Modifications

Please note that we will be unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the order has not been dispatched, we may accept change in address request on a case to case basis. Please reach out to our support team for such requests.

 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. You will be able to track using the details shared in the email.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever happens first.

All applicable refunds against canceled orders,  will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement. In such a scenario, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
